I’m Maggie, a certified CNC/CPT coach. A few years ago, I was struggling with gut issues, anxiety, acne, burnout, and constant illness. I was doing everything I could to keep it together, but honestly, I was hiding from life and letting my health and confidence slip away. Fitness and nutrition didn’t magically fix everything, but they gave me the tools to start rebuilding my habits, my self-belief, and my life. The real transformation came when I focused on improving my daily habits, letting go of what no longer served me, healing my body and hormones, and leaning into my faith. Fitness and wellness stopped being just a routine—they became a foundation for a healthier, more confident, and balanced life.
Now, I help women transform their bodies, mindset, and lifestyle in a way that’s sustainable, empowering, and truly life-changing. My coaching combines science-backed guidance with real-life experience, so you can feel strong, confident, and unstoppable.
